As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Art Therapist, Emotional Process Counselor, and Energetic Awareness Facilitator I support you in a number of ways we create together. By listening to the mind/body you can learn to navigate these transitions with greater ease, connection, and more pleasure. Description of Services-we use the combination that works best for what you need each session
Somatic Experiencing- Mind/body trauma healing for physical and emotional trauma, attachment, PTSD, and other forms of trauma through regulating the nervous system by completing cycles of fight, flight and freeze. Empowering and balancing.
Art Therapy-Does not require artistic skill. Uses art to transform and reflect emotion and bring the process onto paper to gain perspective. A playful and non-judgemental approach to self-reflection and healing.
Energy Healing and Awareness-Engages the subtle body and chakras to soothe, clear, nourish, and nurture healing in the mind, body, heart, and spirit.
